In October, we were thrilled to welcome Dr. Josh Smalley to the Emporium. Josh, a chemist with a passion for baking, wowed everyone with his incredible skills, which even took him to the final of series 14 of the Great British Bake Off. Bake Off fans joined us for a relaxed chat about his journey, both in life and on the show, and how his love for baking brought him there.
It was a delightful morning filled with plenty of fascinating Bake Off-inspired questions!
